2. No Warranty of Accuracy

Weather patterns are inherently unpredictable. While our engine uses high-resolution data from NOAA GFS, RTOFS, and tidal harmonic models, we provide no guarantee regarding:

• The accuracy of the forecasted wind, wave, or current conditions.
• The safety of the suggested route.
• The compatibility of the route with your specific vessel's condition or crew's skill level.

3. Assumption of Risk

Sailing is an inherently dangerous activity. By using this service, you acknowledge that:

• The Skipper's Responsibility: The Master or Skipper of the vessel maintains sole and absolute responsibility for the safety of the vessel, its crew, and its passengers at all times.
• Physical Verification: You must verify all automated routes against official paper charts, local Notices to Mariners, and real-time visual observations before and during your passage.
• Weather Changes: Real-time conditions may change rapidly and differ significantly from the data displayed on this website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sailing Router, its developers, and NitroxConsulting shall not be held liable for any:

• Damage to vessels or equipment.
• Personal injury or loss of life.
• Financial loss due to delayed arrivals or missed windows.
• Errors caused by data transmission failures or offline HTML rendering errors.
